How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange an item?

What is plantable seed paper?
Plantable seed paper is an eco-friendly paper embedded with seeds. When planted in soil, the paper biodegrades and the seeds grow into plants, promoting a greener environment.
Lifetime Plating Warranty
Lifetime Plating Warranty
We offer a Lifetime Plating Warranty on our jewellery to ensure that your pieces maintain their brilliance and durability. This warranty covers any plating issues that may occur over time, including tarnishing and wear.
How do I avail the Lifetime Plating Warranty?
To avail of the Lifetime Plating Warranty, simply contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will arrange for the piece to be replated and returned to you. There is a nominal charge of ₹199 for picking up the product for replating.
Are there any exceptions to the Lifetime Plating Warranty?
Yes, the Lifetime Plating Warranty does not cover:
- Jewellery with pearls, black beads, and oxidised or multi-coloured products.
- Damaged jewellery.
- Requests for changing the colour of the plating.
- The service is only applicable to undamaged Mohh jewellery and can be availed post 6 months from the date of delivery of the original product. If the product does not qualify for replating, it will be sent back to you. If you choose doorstep pickup and drop-off, a charge of ₹150 will be applied. The complete process typically takes around 3 weeks from raising the claim to the delivery of the replated product.
