Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Products can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Non-Eligible Items: Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at reachus@mohh.co and fill in the Return Request Form within 15 days of delivery.
- Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for our courier partners to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after receiving your return request. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product.
- Quality Check: The returned item will undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse, which typically takes 5-7 business days.

Exceptions
- Product Complaints: If there is a recurring issue with a product, we will conduct a thorough quality check and take necessary action. Customers are responsible for any returns in such cases.
- Tarnishing: Tarnishing is a natural phenomenon for silver jewellery. We use rhodium plating to minimize this, but all silver jewellery will tarnish over time. Returns for tarnishing are not accepted unless it is a consistent issue with a specific product.
NOTE:- Refund will be provided in 2-3 business days.
Replacement Policy
- Eligibility for Replacement: Products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, and intact can be replaced. This includes issues with quality, size, missing items, incorrect product received, or product dislike.
- Replacement Process: Contact our customer service team via phone, social media, email, or WhatsApp to arrange a replacement. Our courier partners will pick up the item within 5-7 business days. The item will undergo a quality check, and a replacement will be initiated upon passing inspection.
- Missing/Broken Items: Verification of missing or broken items can only be approved with an unboxing video.
Exceptions
- Recurring Issues: For recurring issues, we will conduct a quality check and take appropriate action. Customers are responsible for replacements once all investigation stages are completed.
- Tarnishing: Tarnishing, being a natural phenomenon, is not eligible for replacement unless it is a recurring issue with a specific product.
Restocking Policy
When a product is requested, our customer service team collaborates with our buying team to determine availability. The buying team verifies stock our in-house manufacturing units and coordinates with our network of trusted vendors to reorder the product if necessary. Each restocked item undergoes stringent quality checks, whether it is produced internally or sourced externally. Customers will be promptly notified when the product becomes available again.
